Camp Bisco is an outdoor music festival held at the beautiful Indian Lookout Country Club, a world-class property located near Albany, NY. Camp Bisco is a 3-day rain-or-shine event with camping. Attendees may arrive beginning Thursday morning, July 12, 2012. Camp Bisco 11 will feature 3 days and nights of music on 5 stages, including 2 side-by-side MAIN STAGES, 2 DANCE TENTS featuring top international Dance acts as well as a SILENT DISCO and an UP & COMING stage. This event is not to be missed! Join us at Indian Lookout Country club for our 6th anniversary at ILCC and our 11h installment of this amazing event.

Use of illegal drugs is not permitted. Anyone using illegal drugs will be subject to removal from the event, and will not be allowed back in.
Event Security and Safety will be located throughout the site for the entire duration of the event. If you have an EMERGENCY, find a staff person with a radio or go to the nearest security station, information booth, medical station or security personnel. There will be a central security and first aid location at the top of the hill.
There will be emergency medical personnel and Security personnel onsite around the clock. If you need Emergency medical or police attention, find a staff person with a radio, go to an information booth, medical tent or tell one of the security personnel. The main medical booth is located at the top of the hill directly across from the security station and general store.
Both medical and security stations will be clearly marked on all maps.
Those who have special dietary needs may bring food for personal use only into site. Factory sealed, non-glass, water bottles are also allowed.
There is an onsite emergency unit. Please behave responsibly. Event producers are not responsible for attendees' actions. Be respectful of your neighbors and friends at the show and help people out if they need it. We're all here together.
Everything you'll need for the concert
Sealed Water Bottles, raingear, a hood and extra pair of shoes, sneakers, mud boots, bug spray, a blanket to sit on, sunscreen, hat for shade, plastic container or two for water, plastic bags for trash, flag or balloon to identify your site, ear plugs, a camera, pen and paper for names, addresses and of course, play lists. Small Camping chairs will be permitted in the concert area, but coolers are not.
If you are Camping
In addition to tent, tarp, chairs and food, the following items are recommended and will make your weekend more enjoyable. – Extra toilet paper, a flashlight, extra trash bags, portable radio, small luggage lock for your tent and no valuables. Coolers and food from outside the Festival are only allowed in the Camp Grounds. Small propane cook stoves will be permitted in the Camping area. No charcoal grills or open fires permitted.

There is limited cellular phone service and cellular phone service may be unreliable. Pay Phones are available at the top of the hill.
DO NOT BRING ANY GLASS CONTAINERS!! THEY WILL BE TAKEN! (Yes, even ketchup, mayo, & jelly jars will be taken) The campgrounds will open Wednesday Night, July 11, 2012 at 9 PM and will close on Sunday at noon. Those who are camping will be permitted to leave the concert area and return to their campsites.
New this year: All campsites are NOT CAR Camping! You will have to purchase a car camping pass in order to park and camp within 20 yards of your car, for added security. All other Campers will park in one location and camp in another. You will be responsible for transportation of all your materials from your car to campsite.
Additionally there will be day parking passes available for those who plan on coming into the festival grounds and leaving at any point. No cars in the camping areas will be allowed to move with out prior authorization except in the case of an emergency.
A Limited number of Recreational Vehicles (RV's) will be allowed on-site. RV parking is not located with general Camping. There will be a separate RV parking charge.
You must purchase an RV pass to be guaranteed a space for your RV. There are no hookups; this RV pass just guarantees you enough space for your RV to be parked. Make sure and purchase in advance, as they are $25 more expensive at the gate.
Official Event Merchandise (Shirts, Hoodies, Hats, Glasses, Lighters, Water Bottles, Posters and more) will be sold at a highly visible location that will be well marked on the event map. In addition various craft vendors of all types will be prevalent throughout the event.
We will have a general store that will come stocked with all the things you might have forgotten at home and a few other essentials ie. Soda water and ice!
There will be a variety of food and beverage vendors of all types- many of which run 24 hours a day
Staying Hydrated may be the most important element of having a good time at a festival! It will be hot and you will be dancing, which means you will sweat and loose water. For this reason it is important for you to drink water regularly throughout the day. In addition to bottled water that will be available at various bars/food-vending locations free water will be made will be located throughout the event. Any bottle or empty container may be filled up at these locations. Stay hydrated, make sure your friends do too and have a great time!
There will be bars that serve mixed drinks, wine and beer the general store will also sell cases of beer to those who are 21 years of age and older.
There will be ATM's on site and will be well marked on the event map.
Lost and found will be located at Camping Headquarters. If you lose something or someone, check there first. Camping Headquarters will be clearly marked on the event maps.
The Camping Headquarters will also be the Information Center for the weekend. If you find any lost items or have lost any items, or people, this is the first and best place to check in with. Our trained Camping staff will see to it that everyone has the best weekend possible.
If assistance is needed while conducting business with a vendor, either request the assistance from the vendor or a member of the Wormtown Trading staff
Camp Bisco is and outdoor festival and will take place rain or shine, so come prepared for hot days, the bright sun, cool nights and the chance of rain
Please park in designated spots and respect our parking attendants. We try to accommodate everyone as best as we can. We need your cooperation to keep things safe and in order. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owner's expense. DO NOT park or camp in the designated fire lanes!!
For those that wish to park for the day and leave at some point during the event a Day Parking Pass must be purchased.
The parking lot will open Wednesday at 9 PM, July 11th for On-Site Campers, and 3pm for all others. The grounds close Sunday, July 15th at 12pm, Noon.
Accessible parking license plates, placards and hangtags are issued though each state's department of motor vehicles. People with mobility disabilities should get requisite documentation from their doctors for handicapped parking.
Each summer we bring the best party to the majestic Indian Lookout County Club in the rolling hills of upstate New York. This year we're making a commitment, along with our attendees, to keep our festival grounds beautiful through recycling and waste reduction programs.
No secret here, the attendees will make the program a success. Please pay attention where recycling, compost and waste are placed.
Please be sure to pick up all trash at or around your campsite and bag it up at the end of the weekend. Please respect our temporary home!!
We are excited to have Clean Vibes, the trash and recycling experts, join the Camp Bisco team this year to help us make Camp Bisco XI the cleanest and greenest one yet.
Clean Vibes needs your help! We all need to work together to keep the campground and the concert areas clean throughout the weekend. Please keep your camping area clean: Recycle and pick up your trash.
Let's all help to minimize the waste footprint of Camp Bisco by diverting all recyclables from the landfill. Every vehicle received two bags - the clear one is for trash and the blue one is for recycling. Any aluminum, #1 and #2 plastic beverage containers and cardboard can be recycled in the blue bag. We will have extra bags at the campground headquarters.
After the show ends each night, be sure to grab a bag and lend a hand to cleanup the concert field. If we all work together we can be sure that the field is clean and ready for another day of dancing!
When the music stops at the end of the weekend, be sure to take some time to clean up your campsite. Bag up all of your recycling and trash in separate bags. Do a quick sweep of the ground to pick up any cigarette butts and bottle caps from the grass. Finally, tie off your full bags of waste and bring them to the edge of any road in the campground for curbside pickup.
Please help Clean Vibes cultivate cleanliness and ensure that we as a community reduce the size of the ecological footprint we leave behind at the ILCC. Let's take the phrase "leave only footprints" one step further to make sure the footprints we leave are as small as possible.
Clean Vibes is still looking for volunteers to help with the recycling and clean up effort. Positions are available for during show and post show cleanup. Service animals, which have been trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability, are allowed. The owner of the animal will be asked to provide documentation for the dog and the person needing the dogs assistance.
Pets are NOT allowed and pet owners will be required to take the animal to a kennel.
As many of you know, but more importantly, for those that don't, COLOR WAR 8 is upon us! Every year on the Friday of Camp Bisco, warriors of Green, Purple, Yellow and Orange descend on the main stage field to compete in battles of skill, strength, and smarts…and this year is no exception! Of course, old favorites such as dodge-ball, tug of war, biscuits trivia, and the campground marathon will return, as well as some new surprises!
